There was already a small earthquake that rattled through the German breeding branch in mid-September when 6 German breeding companies at once announced that as of January 1st, 2021, they would be working together on a collective breeding program. It becomes clearer once you search through the German top-lists for suitable sires. In addition to the sires from Masterrind, OHG and VOSt, there will only be bulls with the emblem of the PhönixGroup, the collective breeding program of RUW, RA, RBB, Qnetics, RBW and RSH. With its roughly 130 purchased Holstein sires on a yearly basis, the PhönixGroup will grow to be one of the heavyweights on the international breeding scene.
