Genetics of the Glendell daughter Rockton Della in France
When you read this, it will be almost exactly 35 years ago that a Chief Mark daughter, from the American Glendell Arlinda Chief daughter Rockton Della, was born in France. Della, whose dam was an Astronaut daughter, had a total of 20 registered offspring, of which 15 were born in France through embryo imports. While almost only bull calves were born at first, Marina and Sylvain Durand managed to build up a branch that, to this day, is very important to their herd.
